1. Feature availability
NIA is a feature available to users with the AI Essentials subscription license.
Important
Please note that by using NIA, you accept the privacy policy. A notice at the beginning of each session states:
“By messaging Nia, you agree to the data processing according to our privacy policy. Please avoid sharing personal information.”
Important
Please note that NIA is only able to answer questions related to Cloud PBX based on the documentation, for example, how to set up call forwarding, add contacts etc. NIA will not answer general questions.
