New features:
A stacked bar chart has been added below the analytics tiles to visually display daily call volumes handled by AI bots versus calls forwarded to human agents, with dynamic updates, tooltips and theme-consistent colours.
Call forwarding profiles display profile IDs alongside profile names in the main phone extension view.
The devices list has been enhanced to display detailed hardware information, including manufacturer, model, operating system and mobile phone number for Cloudya mobile devices.
Admins can efficiently manage provisioning by deleting devices directly from the MAC address lookup results with confirmation prompts ensuring proper deactivation and removal.
The calendar view enhances user experience by greying out past dates, allowing selection only of today's and future dates for valid form submissions.
Improvements:
The user interface for NCTI Pro devices has been enhanced to display the "eye" icon in the password field, allowing users to toggle the SIP password visibility securely while keeping it masked by default.
Tenant data gets refreshed upon opening or reloading, ensuring users always see the most current information.
Bug fixes:
Voicemail announcements for unavailable extensions can be accessed and played back seamlessly without errors.
Editing forms across multiple tables retain the current view and preserve the quick list visibility after a reload without saving changes.
